The site has 87 plots many of which are being let as half plots. The site has a small parking area for plotholders cars.

All roads are tarmac covered and all plots are accessable by roadway. There is a mains water supply to all plots within a reasonable reach of all plots.

There is a portaloo on site for plotholders use and a skip for waste is provided.

The site is run by a new society and it is hoped to open a shop in the near future.
